Jordan Carlos
Jordan was an integral part of the Comedy Central series THE NIGHTLY SHOW WITH LARRY WILMORE, as a writer, correspondent and on-air panelist for the whole run on the series. He also consulted on the MTV2 series UNCOMMON SENSE WITH CHARLAMAGNE THE GOD. His first 1-hour special was released in 2015. He appeared in featuresSLEEPING WITH OTHER PEOPLE from director Leslye Headland, THREE GENERATIONS opposite Naomi Watts, and the up-coming films LANDLINE, which premiered at Sundance, and Noah Baumbach’s THE MEYEROWITZ STORIES, which premiered at Cannes. Jordan appeared on Showtime’s THE AFFAIR opposite Dominic West and will next be seen on the upcoming Netflix series FRIENDS FROM COLLEGE. He is the lead of the up-coming independent feature BOY BAND.
He is also well known from his hilarious commentary for MTV2’s hit series GUY CODE and MTV’s sister show GIRL CODE. He also appeared in the MTV2 series GUY COURT as well as THE ERIC ANDRE SHOW for Adult Swim, and WILD N OUT, CHARLAMAGNE & FRIENDS and AIN’T THAT AMERICA for MTV and MTV2. Jordan starred on the MTV series I JUST WANT MY PANTS BACK and co-wrote and co-hosted Comedy Central.com’s INDECISION 2012. He wrote and produced multiple episodes of the FX series TOTALLY BIASED WITH W. KAMAU BELL and consulted on CHATEAU BUTEAU for VH-1. He provided commentary on I LOVE THE 2000’S for VH-1 and the popular Yahoo web series MANSOME. He was previously nominated as Best Male Comic of the Year by ECNY (Emerging Comedians of New York) and was one of the New Faces at Montreal Comedy Festival. His other TV credits include guest starring roles on the hit Comedy Central series, BROAD CITY and HBO’s GIRLS.
