Elie Mystal is the Executive Editor of Above the Law, a website that focuses on law, lawyers, and judges. He’s also a contributor to The Nation, focusing on social justice and the courts. Mystal is a frequent guest on MSNBC and CNBC, and was the legal editor for More Perfect, a Radiolab spinoff podcast which focused on the Supreme Court.

Prior to Above the Law, Mystal was an associate at the law firm of Debevoise and Plimpton. He’s a graduate of Harvard Law School, and Harvard College.
