Politicon is a podcast network and live event producer that is home to some of the biggest names in news and politics. Politicon originally began in 2015 as a bipartisan “unconventional political convention” annual live event, with a full weekend of panels, debates, town halls, expos, podcasts, Q&As, book signings, comedy and more. It brought together luminaries from politics and entertainment for an unorthodox and highly entertaining gathering of political discourse. Past participants include Kamala Harris, Chelsea Handler, James Carville, Ben Shapiro, Ann Coulter, Governor Sarah Palin, America Ferrera, Kathy Griffin, Congressman Ted Lieu, Trevor Noah, Tomi Lahren, Roy Wood Jr., Dennis Rodman, Henry Winkler, Rosario Dawson, Michael Steele, Senator Barbara Boxer, Jake Tapper, April Ryan, Newt Gingrich, Alyssa Milano and Eddie Izzard. In 2020 due to the pandemic, Politicon pivoted to creating podcasts inspired by the live experience.
