Jack Bryan
Jack Bryan is an award-winning filmmaker based in New York. While still in college, Jack completed his first documentary feature, Life After Dark, which features Anthony Bourdain and chronicles the life and death of New York’s most notorious dive bar. The film played theatrically in 2009, and Jack was featured as one of Paper Magazine’s Chroniclers of Truth in their Unhollywood issue. He began writing on staff for an independent production company, where he directed the feature film Struck in 2010. Jack then produced the award-winning short film And After All in 2013, and wrote, directed, and produced the award-winning feature film The Living, released theatrically in 2015. His latest film, Active Measures, which explores the interconnected rise of Donald Trump and Vladimir Putin and features exclusive interviews with subjects including Hillary Clinton, Senator John McCain, and Michael McFaul, made its world premiere in 2018 at the prestigious Hot Docs festival in Toronto, and was released theatrically and on digital platforms by Super LTD.
