Kurt Orzeck is a seasoned writer, editor and reporter who regularly contributes to FLOOD Magazine. He penned the new and influential magazine’s recent cover story profiling Iggy Pop and Queens of the Stone Age frontman Josh Homme, as well as its features on alternative-comedy festival RIOT LA, visual artists Seonna Hong and Sket One, and rock bands So Pitted and Salad Boys. His past credits include MTV, RollingStone.com, Alternative Press, AOL, Thrasher, Commonweal and New York Magazine. Orzeck has interviewed hundreds of comedians, musicians and other artists ranging from Patton Oswalt and David Cross to Lou Reed and David Bowie. A graduate of Grinnell College, Orzeck resides in Santa Monica, California.
