Southern California Leadership Network
Southern California Leadership Network envisions a more dynamic and prosperous city, region, and state led by informed, collaborative, diverse, and capable leaders. Through robust fellowships and an ever-growing alumni network, SCLN inspires, prepares, and connects leaders to drive change.
SCLN offers three fellowships for early to senior-level professionals: Leadership L.A., Leadership Southern California, and the Riordan Leadership Institute. SCLN also offers NextLA, a professional development membership program for young professionals in Los Angeles between the ages of 21 and 40, promoting community engagement and leadership experience.
Over 3,000 SCLN alumni currently serve on civic boards and commissions, and hold elected office, business and community leadership roles throughout California.
